Home excursion and Da Vinci use

After making the reservation on the agreed day we will meet again at the Central B & b in Florence, Viale Belfiore 41, we will start by car / van / minibus to visit the birthplace of Leonardo da Vinci with a possible visit to the Leonardian Museum, and from there to the wood in which with the guide of local truffle hunters and their dogs, we will proceed with a search simulation of the precious truffle of San Miniato (one of the few places where both white and black truffles can be found, depending on the season). After this experience we move to an existing sales point since 1885, where we will be told how to clean prepare and maintain the truffle, then the nearby restaurant will be served with truffle based appetizers and a plate of fresh pasta always with truffle, served with aqua and local wine.

At the end of the tasting the return to Florence is expected.
