Tuscan cuisine has a long culinary tradition that dates back to the times of the Medici family. We will try to give you the opportunity to live the history of our city transferred to our plates.

I'm an oenologist, sommelier and tour guide for passion, even if I'm a surveyor by profession! I love cooking for my friends who appreciate my dishes and have been doing so for the last 3 years.

You'll jump right into the action with the preparation of Tuscan tiramisu which I am confident you will perfect and love along with some local creme.
Following this, you will take part in the fabrication process of the pasta, we will serve it with homemade truffle cream and a Tuscan tomatoes soup which again you will be taught on how to perfect this combination.

After cooking, its time for you to relax with a warm, delicious three-course meal while sharing your experience and backgrounds.
