Pompeii was an ancient Roman town-city near modern Naples, in the Campania region of Italy, in the territory of the comune of Pompei. Pompeii, along with Herculaneum and many villas in the surrounding area, was mostly destroyed and buried under  volcanic ash and pumice in the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in AD 79. Today the city has UNESCO World Heritage Site status.

The dinner will take place at the panoramic rooftop of Tatiana´s house in the heart of Pompei. She will prepare the dishes on the base of the best ingredients which the Sorrento Peninsula offers: fresh fish and seafood, great variety of organic vegetables, famous pasta from Gragnano, local olive oil, lemons, nuts, home made bread. The dinner will be accomplished with a fine DOCG wine from Amalfi coast and Limoncello liquor.

- Salad with scarola leaves, seppia, and walnuts quinoa with octopus

Main courses
- Pasta Gragnano DOP “Paccheri” with seafood
- Seabass fish in the oven with vegetables and lemon

Dessert
