The Chianina meat is hard to find outside Siena, Umbria and Lazio. It is an ancient porcelain-white Italian cattle breed. The Chianina cows have a huge capacity for excellent meat production. The meat is red and free from waste.

The Cinta Senese is an ancient tuscan black pig with a white belt. The pigs are very prominent throughout the land. This pig is famous for its excellent meat with a DOP classification. It is rich and of high quality.

Both animals have a long and good life. The organic farm has its biologic certificate.

After our visit to the agriculture land we drive back to the restaurant for our Chianina beef lunch.

We start at the restaurant of the farmer family. The farm and the restaurant is in a central location.
At the restaurant we tell you the history of the ancient Italian Chianina and Cinta Senese cattle breed.

After our short meeting at the restaurant we drive to the agriculture land where the Cinta Senese and the Chianina graze. The land is only a few minutes drive, but you need to be sure to have your own transport to get there.

The farmer family keep Cinta Senese pork and Chianina veal since four generations.

At the farm Atos, the owner, awaits for us for the tour. Together we show you the land and the animals.

The Chianina cows live in space, hygiene and comfort standarts. The most characteristics of the breed are the well-defined muscles. They have a huge capacity to produce excellent meat.

The Cinta Senese is an ancient black pig with a white belt. The pigs live together in stalls enjoying the maximum freedom of movement by snuffling and searching for food. Both animals have a long and good life at the farm.

After the tour at the farm land you will be ready for your "Bistecca beef" lunch! Together we drive back to the restaurant for our delightful lunch with wine.
