• 5 Course Hands-On cooking Class in Country Villa (resulting in Lunch)
• Excursion to Villa Farnese
• Dinner in Local Trattoria

Day 3:
• Breakfast at local cafe
• Excursion to Deruta
• Chance to try the potter's wheel in Deruta Ceramics Factory
• Visit to Assisi
• Lunch in Assisi
• Private family dinner with a family in Soriano

Day 4:
• Breakfast at local cafe
• 5 Course Hands-On cooking Class in Country Villa (resulting in Lunch)
• Visit Viterbo and the Ancient Vatican
• Private family dinner in a local's "taverna" in Soriano

Day 5:
• Breakfast at local cafe
• Visit Small, Organic Brunello Winery in Montalcino, Tuscany - Lunch & Wine Tasting with the owners & walk through the vineyards (possible Truffle Hunt)
• Visit charming Pienza, Tuscany with Pecorino Cheese tasting.
• Visit ancient 14th century wine cellar in Montepulciano, Tuscany and Dinner & Wine Tasting in cellar with the owners.

Day 6:
• Breakfast at local cafe
• Visit the dying city of Civita di Bagnoregio.
• Visit small, family run Olive Oil Mill & Winery.  Tour Olive Mill & Winery.  Lunch with owners including wine tasting & olive oil tasting.
• Limoncello, Biscotti & Gelato Class at villa in Soriano.
• Ricotta Cheese-making at villa in Soriano
• Dinner Party at villa in Soriano

Day 7:
• Breakfast at local cafe
• Visit Orvieto and the Cathedral + Lunch in Orvieto
• Pizza-Making class in Soriano in the ancient wood-fired oven.
• Grappa-Making in the cellar at the villa.
• Farewell Dinner Party with Pizza and more at the Villa

Day 8:
• Breakfast at local cafe
• Departures for Rome Airport or Orte Train Station
