Wine and Olive Oil Experience

Once arrived you will find yourself in our italian-style garden made of roses and box hedges. Moving to the cellar we will pass under an ancient lime tree, then we will visit the cellar composed of two facilities, one for the fermentation step and the other dedicated to storage and wine aging. Subsequently, I will show you the olive oil mill, its machinery and how extra virgin olive oil is made.

Itinerary

You will be welcomed in our farm where we produce wine. olive oil and craft beer. I will give you a brief overview of the history of the farm, then we will visit the cellar and i will show you the process of winemaking. After, we will move to our olive oil mill, to let you know how our extra virgin olive oil is made. Later on you will experience a guided wine tasting in our panoramic veranda. I will serve you a selection of our I.G.T and D.O.C.G. wines, giving a desciption of each one. Together with the wines you will try our extra virgin olive oil on a" bruschetta".
