Yoga Class And Dinner

After a long journey, discover a subline way to relax your body and mind while doing yoga at sunset ,suiteable for all levels. At the end a wonterfull italian dinner.

Itinerary

When the guest arrives I will introduce myself and we will all meet ,then we will go to the highest point in the Apartment, the terrace, which is at the top of the building and has 360 view of all of Florence , including all the iconic Florentine monuments. After introductions we will begin our practice at the top of our mats, and I will explain Ashtang Yoga. Once the zen music begins, we will start the yoga experience.
To close the Ashtanga Yoga, we will end in a relaxing shivasana, meditating and breathing.
After yoga we will have a light, but very typical Tuscan dinner, and get to know each other better.
We will cap off the experience taking pictures with the beautiful view of all of Florence as the backdrop. I will thank the guests for coming and being part of an amazing experience with a view.
