After a welcome drink and brief introduction to the Italian and Neapolitan Cuisine, is time to chose your menù.

The choice of your favourite recipes will be done, together with our Executive Chef, basing on your taste and desires, from our extensive list of options (Homemade Pasta, Ravioli, Pizza dough and toppings, Lasagna, Italian Sauces, desserts and many more).

Looking for a special Italian Recipe you are interested in? Just ask!

After that you will visit the organic garden to harvest the vegetables to be used for the preparation of dishes.

And then is time to cook!

The entire menù will be prepared by you and our Chef will show you the secrets and the tecniques to make great dishes to delight the senses.

Are you Hungry?

The meal prepared by you will be served in the dining room.

A Selection of wines from our region will be combined with the different courses!

The typical Italian dinner cannot end without a glass of Limoncello!

Our cooking course takes place in private home situated high on a clifftop, 1200 feet above the sea level. Our house is a very gracious home that majestically overlooks the sorrento coast, with a spacious garden full of lemon trees, fruit trees, flowers, vegetables and poultry and she produces nearly all the food that we cooks for the school and the family!!
