Itinerary

COOKING CLASS WITH TASTING

After the reception the guests will be invited to start making the focaccia, then proceed with the dough, the making of the sheet and the filling and then everything is transferred to the oven. For the ravioli and cavati dough, the dough is made with the filling of the pastry with the ricotta, while the cavati will simply be worked by hand.

After the realization of all this there will be a tasting of the products made and not only. Everything will be accompanied by a good wine. For foreign guests there will be a translator who will accompany the lesson and the tasting.
