Stop At: Ikuta Shrine, Shimoyamatedori, Chuo, Kobe 650-0011 Hyogo Prefecture

Ikuta Shrine is one of the oldest Shinto shrines in Japan. Ikuta Shrine houses the god of connections, and is a popular spot for visitors looking for divine relationship assistance.

Kitano-chō is a historical district with former western-style houses and now become Kobe Kitano Museum (Ijinkan-gai).

An excellent and well maintained garden. You can take the rope-way to reach the top having fantastic views over the city of Kobe, and then walk down slowly to the mid-stage and take the rope-way back down the rest of the way.

Mt Rokko is close to the city of Kobe and to the hot springs of Arima Onsen. From the top of Mt. Rokko one has a panoramic view of Osaka Bay or the city of Kobe. You could travel up via the Mount Rokko Cable Car, and also take the Rokko-Arima Ropeway from the top of Rokko to Arima Onsen if you plan to stay there.
