Be a SUSHI MASTER and cook miso soup
We will cook three types of sushi, like nigiri sushi and Japanese rolled sushi, uramaki, and miso soup. Firstly, I will show you how to make sushi rice and dashi which is traditional Japanese soup stock made from fish and seaweed. After that, we will make sushi and miso soup. Finally, we will eat all dishes together after finished cooking.

・Understand basic Japanese cooking method and ingredients
・Learn how to prepare all the ingredients to make sushi like making sushi rice and slicing fish with a Japanese sharp knife

Itinerary
We will meet in front of Mondo-yakujin station. There are 2 ticket gates in the station, and please get out from the ticket gate with a station staff. Afterward, we will walk a few minutes to my home kitchen.
