A 400 year old park of timeless beauty. Enjoy strolling through Shukkei-en with its central lake and its colourful carps, small islands, picturesque tea houses and wonderful plant life lead by our guide, and have some nice free time in that beautifully unique garden.

Stop At: Hiroshima Castle, 21-1 Moto-machi Naka Ward, Hiroshima 730-0011 Hiroshima Prefecture

The home of the mighty daimyos (lords) of the region. See the mighty walls and the wide moat of Hiroshima castle and the reconstruction of the great donjon of Carp Castle. Our guide will explain the dramatic history of warring states era and the castle.

Stop At: Atomic Bomb Dome, 1-10 Otemachi Naka-ku, Hiroshima 730-0051 Hiroshima Prefecture

At the end we will walk to Genbaku Dome "Atomic Bomb Dome" the symbol of one of the most unforgettable and sad stories of the last century. The nuclear blast frozen in stone as a warning to the world. You will have a short retelling of the events of the day that changed the world forever.
