Tsukiji Outdoor Market sells various foods including fresh seafood. It is Tokyo's largest market, which serves fresh sashimi, sushi, and sashimi bowls. Aside from the seafood, snacking while walking down the streets is also another attraction. Try the egg rolls and other famous foods in the market!

Take in the retro vibes of Kachidokibashi, the bridge that connects Tsukiji and Kachidoki.

Kachidokibashi is a bascule bridge that was built in 1940 facing an exposition. This bridge has been loved by many and has starred in famous movies, such as Godzilla and Ultra Man. As the number of ships decrease, the actual function of the bridge is no longer in use, however, tourists and locals still love this structure for its retro atmosphere.

Throughout the years, this market has solidified their original flavors and expanded to create more unique flavors as well. The taste differs depending on each store, so don't forget to try as many as you can to find your favorite.

Eat Tsukijima's Monja Yaki for lunch!

Monja yaki is a dish made from a base of flour mixed with water and other ingredients to make a batter like texture. This batter is then fried on a steel plate for you to enjoy. There are more than 80 monja shops lined up on this monja street. On top of the amazing taste, making the monja itself is a fun activity. When the monja is all cooked, you take a small metal spatula and take little portions for yourself.
