This aerial lift takes you to Mount Usu, an active volcano in Shikotsu-Tōya National Park. The mountain is known for having four eruptions in the 20th century.

Now it has opened as the Nishiyama plateau with the landscape view, Ropeway and walkway are made to serve for travelers with the Usuzan scene as a background.
You can experience along with the wonderful scenery of Lake Toya.
