You can experience five types of dishes using soy sauce, miso, mirin, and sake, which are representative of Japan's fermented seasonings. In addition, we use candy amazake, salted rice cake, and soy sauce cake. Popular chocolate is made with only fermented seasoning without sugar and is very delicious. Miso soup is handmade for a year. Let's make miso soup with a taste from the stock. Natto is also available.
