Learn to Draw Manga from a Professional Manga Artist
This private sushi making class takes place in the Japanese traditional Ryotei(restaurant) in Ginza. You can enjoy a private sushi-making lesson from a professional sushi chef and learn about the history of sushi. After making the sushi, you can have your self-made sushi lunch in a private traditional Japanese tatami room. This room is very peaceful and calm that you wont believe you're in the busy city of the Ginza district.
The sushi restaurant has been inherited over 50 years. Their hope is to teach the basis of authentic sushi making and hand down the Japanese culture to the future generations. The quality and the safety of the fresh ingredients are of course guaranteed.

1. Welcoming to the Japanese Ryotei(restaurant)
The landlady will be welcoming you to the traditional Japanese style tatami room.
2. Sushi Lecture
Lecture of the history of sushi and sushi making will be given by a sushi master.
As masters speak Japanese only, one interpreter will explain what the main master says in front of the guests.
3. Sushi Making
Guests will make their own sushi while getting a lecture from a sushi master.
Certificate of sushi making course is handed out one by one by a master.
4. Enjoy sushi and a sake.
