Autumn is a very delicious season for Hokkaido mushrooms, mushrooms, sweet potatoes, Nanban and eggplant. Along with an instructor with a chef's license, we will make five types of menus using ingredients from Japanese autumn bounty. Make miso soup from soup stock. Teriyaki and tempura are made using these ingredients. In addition, the classic Japanese soup stock rolled eggs are also baked and packed in a shokudo bento boxed by a cross.

The Inari Shrine that has been around since the Edo period is on the way to the return station.
