Your day begins with a pickup from your centrally located hotel in the Anbo or Kurio area between 8am and 8:30am. Be sure to bring long pants and a long sleeved shirt.

Upon arrival in the ancient forest, try the Japanese method of sawanobori, or stream climbing, watched over by an experienced guide. Admire the crystal-clear water running through big, granite rocks.
