Stop At: Lake Kawaguchiko, Fujikawaguchiko-machi, Minamitsuru-gun 401-0300 Yamanashi Prefecture

Lake Kawaguchiko is one of the famous Fuji Five Lakes, and is the second widest amongst them.

It is a very popular tourist spot and is the perfect place to view Mt. Fuji!

If the weather is good, you can see Mt. Fuji in it's full glory from three separate spots!

〈Mt.Kachikachi Ropeway〉

Enjoy the view of the Mt. Fuji, together with the beauty of the Lake Kawaguchiko, while taking a ride on the Mt.Kachi Kachi Ropeway cable car.

On the top the cable car and inside it, you can see characters from a traditional Japanese story: Rabbit and the Raccoon.

While taking the ride, you will also hear interesting facts about the area, in both English and Japanese.
