You will learn how to draw manga from a professional Manga artist who has it's own serialization who will teach you step by step to make your manga.  Don't worry if you never used a calligraphy pen!  The Manga artist will help you from beginning to the end!  Even if you don't have anything particular you would like to draw on your own, you can choose to draw your favorite Manga as well.

  During this two-hour program you will be learning about basics such as Drafting, Inking, Beta (Black out), and Screen Toning. Though most Manga are becoming more digital with this program you will be using a calligraphy pen to draw your Manga.   The lecture will be in Japanese, but there would be an interpreter with you.

This program starts at 4:30PM and ends at 6:30PM on Mondays.  You can learn core essence of Manga drawings in 2 hours.  This program is held at one of the manga school in Akihabara.  Professional MANGA Artist is your lecturer in Japanese and there will be an English interpreter.    First, ‘MANGA Drawing Basic Kit’ will be handed over to everyone joined program. Then you will learn how to draw lines, Inking, Beta (Black out), and Screen Toning through drawing your original characters or favorite manga characters.   Using calligraphy pen to express yourself, makes your drawing one and only in the world.  You can bring back your own Manga at home.  Of course, you can continue drawing Manga yourself back in your country.
