Itinerary

Aikido was developed 85 years ago.​ ​​ ​

You can join our trial course held at Sports Center located in central Hiroshima.

Aikido teaches to fend off attackers regardless of their age, gender or physical appearances.

By rotating your own body you can lock the attacker's joints and control his movements with minimal effort.

Aikido is developed as a self defense art so it is not the skill of attacking your opponent.​ ​​ ​

In this lesson, the instructor will teach you basic aikido skills such as 'throwing techniques' and 'joint locks'.

Aikido movements derive originally from the martial art of swordsmanship and spear fighting, so we also conduct training with wooden sword and cane.

We have two dojos (training hall), both introduce major philosophy and techniques of Aikido.

※Please come 15 minutes before your appointed time.

※Please wear comfortable clothes.

Wear a long-sleeve shirt and full-length pants to avoid scratch injuries.
