Stop At: Hotoku Ninomiya Shrine, 743 Imaichi, Nikko 321-1261 Tochigi Prefecture

This tour is great for those who will visit Hakone area by Tokyo. On the way to Hakone area, please stop by Odawara Station and visit historical shrine in Odawara.
With this tour you will be able to learn about Shintoism at the scared grounds of the Hotoku Ninomiya Shrine. 

You will meet with a priest who will show you the basic manners and etiquette when entering in a shrine. From the way to purify yourself to the way of praying and everything in between you will learn today. 

You will also have the chance to write your wish onto a votive Shinto tablet, called the Ema. These are the wooden plates that you may had seen when visiting a shrine in Japan. You will be able to write your own wish and understand the history behind these tablet as well. 

There are also ceremonial events during the tour such as offering a sacred tree and seeing the Miko doing a ritual dance.
