You will learn through this experience how local Arab Sesame bars that is used in too many local events and how to roast the Bedouin coffee like a Bedouin.

Participants will be picked up from their hotels or hostels by Aqabawi staff .

Participants will be welcomed by an Arabian coffee and get a brief information about the local Sesame bars and the Dates cores coffee.

Participants will wear gloves and an apron to get prepared to set up the kitchen and start the experience.

The local chef will guide and lead the process of making the local Sesame bars for the participantss.

Participants starts his experience of making local Sesame bars stage by stage.
