This is a 5 day private safari tour you will visit the world renowned Masai Mara and spend 2 nights. You will then visit Samburu and spend a further 2 nights. You will be staying at the best Lodges and daily game drives are included. This is a private tour and can depart any day and all year round. This tour can be customized with an accommodation of your choice and an itinerary of your choice.

Itinerary

Day 1: Nairobi To The Masai Mara Game Reserve

Stop At: Maasai Mara National Reserve, Kenya
Our experienced guide will pick you up from your residence/hotel/airport and drive through The Great African Rift Valley to arrive in time for lunch (at your own cost) in Narok Town, continue to Masai Mara and arrive in the afternoon where you will get settled at your safari camp. An evening game drive will follow to explore the outstanding reserve famous for its lions, cheetahs, elephants, buffaloes and other animals.

Drive back to the camp for Dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Full Day Game Drives In The Masai Mara National Reserve

Stop At: Mara Triangle, 83 Muthaiga Road, Maasai Mara National Reserve 00619 Kenya
Early morning breakfast in the camp. Set off early for a morning game drive to witness the animal kingdom at its most active hour, search for the park’s large populations of wildebeest, rhinoceros, buffalo’s, lions, leopards, elephants, hippos, cheetahs, zebras, Impalas, gazelles, hartebeest, warthogs, ostrich, Topi and Masai Giraffes among others. Early Morning hot air balloon ride can be arranged at an extra cost. You choose to have a picnic lunch or lunch at the lodge. Continued game drives in search for all the wildlife. You will return to the lodge for meals and overnight.

Day 3: Masai Mara To Samburu

Stop At: Samburu National Reserve, Nairobi Kenya
Morning game drive, After breakfast depart Mara around 10:00am with game drive enroute. A visit to the Masai Mara village can be arranged at an extra cost. Stop for lunch on your way to Samburu, arrive in Samburu afternoon. Approximately 16:00Hrs. Check into your lodge have an late afternoon game drive.

Dinner and overnight at your lodge

Day 4: Full day game drives in Samburu National Reserve

Stop At: Samburu National Reserve, Nairobi Kenya
Enjoy an early morning game drive in the reserve, then head back to the camp for breakfast after which you will spend the morning relaxing or swimming.

After lunch, go out for an afternoon game drive where you will have a chance to see elephants, Grevy’s zebra, gerenuk antelope and other exciting game.

Dinner and overnight at the camp.

Stop At: Reteti Elephant Santuary, ocated on the Namunyak Wildlife Conservancy, Samburu National Reserve Kenya
You can also opt to go and see Reteti Elephant Sanctuary

During your visit, you will paired with a keeper who will accompany you the entire time to tell you about our work and answer any questions. From a special viewing platform, you will watch the elephants come in from their walk to receive their bottles and then have mud hole playtime. Afterwards, you will be given a behind the scenes tour of the sanctuary.
