Via ferrata is Italian for ‘iron road,’ and Via Ferrata Berim is just that: a protected climbing route that allows novice and expert climbers alike to ascend a mountain by way of a steel cable that is fixed to the rock. And scenic Berim Cliffs are the perfect place to try this technique. This is a fun, safe and adventurous way to get out of your comfort zone and experience the thrill of the mountains.

Your adventure begins with a pick-up at select stops in Zubin Potok. Travel one hour to Berim Cliffs to meet your certied guide, who will teach you all about this exciting activity and how to experience it safely. Learn how to use your equipment and get ready for the experience of a lifetime.

As you begin your ascent up, pause at the entrance to a natural tunnel as you take a moment to sit on a bench and admire the stunning mountain scenery jut into the blue sky while trees populate the lower foothills. Channel your inner thrill-seeker as you continue upward through the tunnel, guided by a series of cables and ladders that make what would otherwise be an arduous journey into a safe adventure. On your way you will walk over 27-meter long suspension bridge and a 9-meter long cable, which will be an adventure of a lifetime.

This 8-hour tour will give you all the pleasure of an adrenaline-fuelled activity set in the outstanding scenery of beautiful Mt. Mokra Gora, Kosovo. At the end of your climb, enjoy time relaxing at base camp and a ride back to Zubin Potok.

Please note: No climbing experience is necessary, but it is recommended that you be physically fit enough to climb a ladder.
