Itinerary

Day 1: Nan Province (Thailand) - Huay Kon border – Muang Ngeun – Pakbeng

Stop At: Nan Province, Nan Province
Depart early morning from Nan down town center and heading toward Pakbeng (Laos) via the border. You are driving on the route 101 from Nan center to Huay Kon border to Laos takes about 3h30 and the distance 141km. On the way, you might drop off to visit a small district of Chaloem Phra Kiat before heading continually to Laos border. Upon arrival at the border check point, meet by Lao guide and continue driving to Pakbeng taking 1hrs and the distance 52km via the Mekong Bridge then to Le Grand Pakbeng where you will enjoy the magnificent of mountain hill luxury resort. Overnight in Pakbeng at Le Grand Pakbeng.

Day 2: Pakbeng – Luang Prabang (Mekong River boat by Shomphoo Cruise)

Stop At: Luang Prabang, Luang Prabang, Luang Prabang Province
Breakfast, we take you to visit a small fresh market in Pakbeng, before boarding a large boat downstream on Mekong River to Luang Prabang, your river boat takes 7hrs relax and enjoy the both banks of Mekong River local way of life. Your lunch serves on board during the journey. We drop off to visit Pak Ou caves before arriving Luang Prabang, upon arrival at the Luang Prabang pier, you are met and transferred to hotel. Dinner and overnight in Luang Prabang at Villa Santi Resort.
