Itinerary

Day 1: Luang Prabang arrival (L)

Stop At: Wat Xieng Thong, Luang Prabang Laos
You will be welcomed to Luang Prabang airport by your guide. Once the heart and soul of the ancient kingdom of Laos, Luang Prabang is now a designated World Heritage-listed site. The city is filled with ornate temples, French colonial architecture and has a truly magical feel about it. You will visit major sites including the National Museum, the impressive stupa of Wat Visoun, the shrine of Wat Mai and Wat Xieng Thong.

Stop At: Luang Prabang Night Market, Sisavangvong Rd, Alley Behind Lao National Tourism Office, Luang Prabang 0600 Laos
You will then climb up to the top of Phousi Mountain for an enjoyable exploration of the sacred, gilded stupa, as well as see a beautiful sunset view of the city and the Mekong River. From there, you will go to explore the Night Market, where you can find lovely crafts and handmade textiles sold by local and hill tribe people from the surrounding area. Lunch at local restaurant. Day 2: Luang Prabang –Pak Ou Cave (B;L)

Stop At: Old Quarter Luang Prabang, Luang Prabang 0600 Laos
Breakfast, we enjoy a short-guided tour seeing the city’s oldest temple of impressive stupa of Wat Visoun and the shrine of Wat Aham, Wat Mai, Wat Sene and the magnificent Wat Xiengthong with its roofs sweeping low to the ground, which represent the classical architecture of Luang Prabang temple

Stop At: Pak Ou Caves, Near Pak Ou the Tham Ting, Ban Pak-Ou 0603 Laos
We then board a boat embarking upstream on the Mekong River, which also gives us a beautiful view of the tranquil countryside as well as an interesting visit to the mysterious of Pak Ou Caves, crammed with thousands of gold lacquered Buddha statues of various shapes and sizes. Lunch in a local restaurant.

Stop At: Ban Phanom, Luang Prabang Laos
Along the way, we stop at the village of Ban Xanghai, where they make the local rice wine. On return, we overland local villages at Ban Xiengmene and Ban Chan continue seeing the royal temple at Wat Longkhoun, which once belongs to royal family patronage and near by Sackarine Caves. We cross to city and take a short drive to Ban Phanom, well known for its hand weaving. Dinner on your own.

Day 3: Luang Prabang – Flight to Hanoi (B)

Day 4: Hanoi – city tour (B/L)

Stop At: Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, 2 Hung Vuong Ba Dinh Square, Hanoi 100000 Vietnam
After breakfast at hotel, spend your day taking a tour around the capital and visiting such sites as the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (outside),a large memorial in Hanoi, located in the centre of Ba Dinh Square, which is the place where Vietminh leader Ho Chi Minh read the Declaration of Independence on September 2, 1945. his former residence,stilt house of Ho Chi Minh, the founder of modern Vietnam, fondly known as “Uncle Ho”. One Pillar Pagoda, the emperor Lý Thái Tông constructed the temple in gratitude for this in 1049 by erecting a pillar in the middle of a lotus pond, similar to the one he saw in the dream that he met the bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara, who handed him a baby son while seated on a lotus flower Tran Quoc Pagoda, the oldest pagoda in the city.

In the afternoon, continue to the Museum of Ethnology, which focuses on the 54 officially recognized ethnic groups in Vietnam Discover Hoan Kiem Lake, meaning "Lake of the Returned Sword" , where emperor Lê Lợi was boating on the lake when his magic sword, Heaven's Will, was grabbed by a turtle who quickly disappeared into the depths Ngoc Son Temple, being built on the Jade Islet and dedicated to Confucian and Taoist philosophers and the national hero, Trần Hưng Đạo and enjoy a rickshaw tour in the Ancient Quarter with its antique shops. Day 5: Hanoi –Halong (B/L/D) (160km -3h30) –Joining tour

Stop At: Halong Bay Vietnam
08.00 – 8:30: The Swan shutter bus will pick you up from your hotel and heading to Northeast of Vietnam 12.30: Arrive at Swan office, transferred by tender to Swan Cruise. 12.45: Enjoy welcome drink, be briefing about safety on boat and activities included then check in cabin. 13.30: Delicious Vietnamese set menu while leisurely cruising to the core of Bai Tu Long Bay. 15.00: Arrive to Cap La Island the beautiful area in Bai Tu Long bay. Day 6: Halong-Hanoi (B/L) ( 160km-3h30)-Joining tour

06.30: Starting your day with Tai Chi on the Sundeck. 07.00: Breakfast will be served in Western style and furthermore with Vietnamese traditional food 08.00: Explore the Thien Canh Son. Guide will explain the history of Ha Long Bay, Bai Tu Long Bay and this Cave, made by Mother Nature 09.30: Upon return to the boat you will have 30 minutes to freshen up and finish packing. Please remove all of your belongings from your cabin, you may leave heavy luggage outside of the cabin (staff will transfer directly to the pier). 10.30: Vietnamese cooking demonstration on boat. 11.00: Enjoy a traditional Vietnamese lunch. 12.00: Disembark in Hon Gai pier 12.30: Farewell Halong Bay then returns to Hanoi 17.30: Drop off your hotel. Day 7: Hanoi – Danang –Hoian (B/L) ( 750km-1h10 :by plane)

Suggest flight: HAN-DAD (09:30 -10:50 ) by VN airline –Charge from $85/pax/ticket After breakfast in the hotel, transfer to Noi Bai Airport for a short flight to Danang located in the centre of Vietnam. Guests are welcomed by our guides when arriving in Danang and transferred directly to the Cham Museum. The luggage is taken care of by porters and delivered separately to the hotel. After visiting the Cham Museum, which contains the finest collection of Cham sculptures in the world, transfer to the charming historic town and the former trading port of Hoi An. Day 8: Hoian – Danang –Hue (B/L) (100km-2h30)

Stop At: Hue Imperial City (The Citadel), Hue Vietnam
After breakfast in the hotel, free time until the transfer by air-conditioned coach over the spectacular Pass of Ocean Clouds to Hue. Hue is the former imperial capital of Vietnam from which the Nguyen Dynasty of emperors ruled from 1802 till 1945. Lunch at local restaurant.

Day 9: Hue- Thien Mu pagoda –Thuy Bieu Village –Emperor Minh Mang’s Tomb (B/L)

Stop At: Thien Mu Pagoda, Kim Long Road, Hue Vietnam
After breakfast at hotel, pick up at your hotel, take a boat for a cruise on the gentle Huong River. Visit Thien Mu pagoda, built in 1601 on the order of the first Nguyen lords, Nguyen Hoang, who at that time was the governor of Hue. Continue to a quiet Thuy Bieu village – 6.5 km from the city centre – a laidback village famous for growing the Thanh Tra fruit (a kind of small pomelo), visit many garden houses, a unique feature of Hue countryside, and enjoy a nice walking and biking around the village. Visit an old communal house, pass by several ancient ancestral temples and communicate with local people. Visit an incense making family and discover the daily life of local people while they are working strenuously with joy and enthusiasm. You may also join their activities: gardening, talking and drinking tea with them. Back to Thuy Bieu restaurant, relax by steeping your foot in medicinal herb water – a traditional therapeutic practice and enjoy excellent massage by blind people. Lunch at Thuy Bieu restaurant.

Day 12: Siem Reap – Angkor Temple Tour (B/L)

Early morning, visit the picturesque Ta Prohm that had nearly disappeared into the jungle and remains overgrown, an oddly haunting and exotic scene. The magnificent roots of a tree, pushing between the huge stone blocks of the temple in a sort of embrace, evoke feelings that you may remember forever. And continue to visit the intricately carved Khmer ruins at Angkor Wat - one of the world’s most impressive ruins. The temple still owns fine Apsara carvings in Angkorian era art.. At 09am come back to hotel for breakfast and rest in the noon to avoid of the heats of the day until 15:00

Continue exploring the mysterious Royal city Angkor Thom. City Bayon Its 54-tower temple is an awesome sight. Further, visit to the surroundings of the complex including the Baphou, Elephant Terraces, Lepper King Terrace and Royal Place area and visit one more ruin in Angkor Area of Preah Khan temple, built in 12th century by King Jayavarman VII and it is the same style to Ta Prom Temple.
