It is a combo of several attractions including the Tech Dome Penang, Rainbow Skywalk, Indoor Observatory Deck, Outdoor Observatory Deck, the 7D Discovery Motion Theater, the Jurassic Research Center, the Danceoki, Ocean Explorer, Penang State Gallery and many other attractions.
