Stop At: A Famosa Fort, Jalan Kota Bandar Hilir, Melaka 75000 Malaysia

Porto de Santiago or also known as A’ Famosa was built in 1511 by the Portuguese. It is a major historical landmark and is probably the most photographed structure in Malacca. The A Famosa is located just next to the Stadthuys building. The fort of Porta De Santiago (A Famosa) is one of the oldest surviving European architectural remains in the whole of Asia. This tiny gate which we call A Famosa or Porta de Santiago is the last remains of what used to be a mighty fortress. The time taken spend here may vary on the actual tour.

Stop At: St Paul's Church, Jalan Kota, Bandar Hilir, 75000 Melaka, Malaysia

The church was built in 1521 where St. Francis Xavier was once buried. The St Paul's Church is the church ruins that sit on the top of the St Paul's Hill. The hill was originally named as Malacca Hill. It was then changed to Monti Ali Maria or Mary's Hill after the Portuguese took over the hill. The St Paul's Church was originally a chapel and was known to the Portuguese in Malacca as the Chapel of Mother of God (Madre de Deus) or Our Lady of the Hill (Nossa Senhora do Oiteiro). Pass By: St. Peter's Church, 166, Jalan Bendahara, Melaka 75100 Malaysia

The church was built in 1710. It is one of the oldest Christian Church & currently still in use in Malaysia. St. Peter’s Church was built by the Portuguese descendants after religious freedom was proclaimed by the Dutch over Malacca in 1702. One of its artifacts is the 1608 bell found inside the Church’s Tower.

Pass By: The Stadthuys, Jalan Gereja, Bandar Hilir, 75000 Melaka, Malaysia

Stadthuys was built in 1641 to 1660 with the pink colored Dutch administrative buildings. The Stadthuys is believed to be the oldest-surviving Dutch building in the East. Part of Malacca town square’s prominent Dutch colonial architecture it is a massive bright terracotta-red riverfront building that was once the official residence of Dutch governors and officers. The Stadthuys of Malacca was the focus point of several successive governments (Dutch, Portuguese, British etc.) for over 300 years, from its completion until 1980. In 1982, Stadthuys was converted into a museum. The Stadthuys displays typical features of Dutch colonial architecture with massive walls, louvred windows and chunky doors with wrought-iron hinges.



Pass By: Christ Church, Jalan Kota, Melaka 75000 Malaysia

Christ Church was built in 1753. It is a well-preserved example of Dutch masonry & was built by the Dutch when they took possession of Malacca from the Portuguese, it's one of Malacca’s most defining structures. Situated along Jalan Gereja (also known as Church Street) it is an instantly recognizable brick-red building with a huge white cross at the top. Sitting opposite the Stadhuys, Christ Church was built in 1753 to celebrate a century of Dutch occupation. The interior of the cathedral has 200 year-old handmade pews, decorative fanlights and plaques that honour Dutch soldiers and locals.



Stop At: Cheng Hoon Teng Temple, No. 25, Jalan To_kong, Melaka 75200 Malaysia

Dating back to 1646, Cheng Hoon Teng Temple is Malaysia’s oldest traditional Chinese temple. Therefore, it remains as a central place of worship for the Buddhist community in Malacca. The time taken spend here may vary on the actual tour.

Built by Indian Muslim traders in the year 1748 during the Dutch colonial era, the Kampung Kling Mosque is one of the oldest mosques in Malaysia which still retains its original design. The architectural design of the mosque seems to reflect Malacca’s colourful past as a major trading port during the 14th to 18th century as it combines influences from the Sumatran, the Chinese, the Hindu, the local Malay community and the European aesthetics. Jonker Street is its night market held every Friday and Saturday (18:00 – 00:00). It is a well-preserved landmarks, some dating back to the 18th century, nestled amongst the street’s more modern establishments. Well organised with a wide array of stalls, polite and friendly hawkers, ubiquitous bargains as well as live music coursing throughout the area, Jonker Walk comes to life in full colour with a lively street party-like atmosphere. Pass By: Malacca River, Melaka Malaysia

Melaka River was once dubbed the ‘Venice of the East’ by European seafarers as it was a prominent port of entry for traders from Europe and Asia during the late 16th century. Spanning a total distance of 10km, it is also believed to be where Malacca was founded by Sumatran Prince Parameswara, who built his palace along the east side of the riverbank (at the foot of St. Paul’s Hill) in the 1400s. Today, it is a popular tourist attraction primarily because of the 45-minute River Cruise, which offers tranquil views of colonial buildings, antiquated shophouses, local settlements and ancient bridges as well as modern decorations and local art displays within Malacca.



Stop At: Flora de la Mar Maritime Museum, Jalan Quayside, Melaka 75000 Malaysia

The Maritime Museum or the Flora de Lamar is a replica of the Portuguese ship which sank in the coast of Malacca while on its way to Portugal. The replica is a staggering 34 meters in height and 8 meters in width. The main focus of the museum is the maritime history of Malacca and the golden ages of Malacca’s Sultanate as the Emporium of the East. The time taken spend here may vary on the actual tour.

Pass By: Portuguese Settlement, Jalan Ujongpasir, Melaka 75050 Malaysia

The Portuguese Settlement Melaka, or Kampung Portugis, is located a couple of kilometres outside of Melaka city centre in an area known as Ujong Pasir and is home to a small community of around 1,000 people descended from early Portuguese settlers.
