The Upper Titi Kerawang falls are about 4 km long. We will visit a part of the falls which is not commonly known to even experienced hikers. Part of the experience is to go in the water to see this part of the falls.

Stop At: Titi Kerawang Waterfalls, 42 Jalan Tanjung Bungah, Penang Island 11050 Malaysia

The lower Titi Kerawang falls are more commonly known. But the higher and more beautiful falls are still a well-guarded secret accessed by a hidden trail. Along the way to these almost unknown higher waterfalls, the trail will pass farms of exotic pink ginger flowers which is used in Penang’s famous laksa; and many fruit orchards with durians, mangosteens, jackfruit and other seasonal fruits. Upon reaching the spectacular waterfall, guests will be able to dive into its cold refreshing waters in a natural pool. The duration of this hike is 2 hours, including a one hour swim or relaxing by the waterfall.
