Cooking Class in Gozo with Market Visit

This cooking class will offer you the possibility to taste real Maltese specialties that you will have the chance to make it by yourself. It will be accompanied with tips about cooking but also about Maltese way of life. You will be able to repeat what you learned thanks to recipes that you will take home with you.

You will have the opportunity to go to the centre of Victoria to pick up some ingredients. And finally, you will have time to enjoy the lunch that you made at the end.

Itinerary

Once everybody arrives we will go to our open kitchen space which is situated above the restaurant. There we will brief guests about the recipes for the day and start light preparation.

After some preparation is done we will go for a walk to the market centre to purchase ingredients we still need for the cooking class. The walk can include a stop at a fishmonger, a cheese maker, and a butcher. All depends on the recipes on the day.
