At the tea factory of Bois Cheri, you may watch the process of tea making and discover all the secrets about tea while visiting the tea museum. A tea tasting session is organized at Bois Cheri’s chalet, overlooking a panoramic view of the south of

the island.

Further south, discover Le Saint Aubin, a colonial house built in 1819, where you may enjoy a typical Mauritian Meal. You may also visit the Vanilla and the Anthurium greenhouses and watch the Rum making process.

On your way to the south coast, you will stop at Gris Gris’s viewpoint on top of the cliff and a final halt is made at La Reserve des Mascareignes where hundreds of Nile crocodiles, some 300 giant tortoises and a collection of about 20 000 species of insects, including butterflies, are to be seen
