Kerri Kresinski, seasoned circus performer and coach with over 18 years experience, founded Sweet Retreats in 2010 as a way to bridge the gap between intensive training, healthy lifestyle choices, and beach get-a-ways. We are a small, family run, family friendly business offering welcoming experiences for various skill levels.

We are located in a small beach neighborhood (known for surfing) in Puerto Escondido, Mexico. “Puerto” is a perfect travel destination for solo travelers, family with small children, couples and groups of friends. It’s wide range of beaches provides a variety of beach experiences from surfing to snorkeling, to floating on your back in paradise. There are tons of markets, shops, and nature excursions here.
