Cooking with friends

More than a "cooking class", we like that diners live a gastronomic experience as if they were cooking visiting in the backyard of a dear friend; We seek to involve them in all the processes so that they will have fond memories of their visit.

We will participate in the process of starting the charcoal steak of mesquite to cook 2 of our emblematic casserole stews, "La Soberbia" (Portobello mushrooms) and "La Lujuria" (chicken); we will also learn to use a traditional molcajete to make sauce with roasted tomatoes, we will also make corn tortillas in a traditional way (by hand) and we will end up baking a delicious Corn Bread. The experience includes drinks (water, wine, beer) and in the end we sit down to enjoy the food we prepare.
