Two years ago, I discovered Dos Aves, which I consider to be the best craft beer of San Miguel de Allende and the region. Their philosophy and beer quality have inspire me to share their delicious beer and their brewery, where all the magic happens, with any visitor to San Miguel.

Itinerary

We will meet up at the brewery, where I will give you a detailed tour about the brewing process, explain the main differences of the styles produced at Dos Aves, describe the ingredients they use and talk about the importance and passion that goes into every bottle of beer.

At the end we will have a beer tasting. You will have an opportunity to try their four year-round beers and a special seasonal release. I will explain the differences in each of the styles and let you enjoy this delicious beer!
