Diving in Cozumel from Riviera Maya
Cozumel is located off the east coast of the Yucatan Peninsula. It is the largest island in Mexico with a length of 64 km and a width of 16 km. Cozumel was recognized as a biosphere reserve in 2016. This island is also the sanctuary of the toadfish, which is listed as a vulnerable species by IUCN (International Union for Conservation of Nature).
The dives are drifting but adapted to all levels. There is no need to resist the current, you can let yourself be carried away while admiring the splendour of the Caribbeans fauna and flora: lobsters, turtles, starfish, scallops, anemones, rays, seahorses, morays, barracudas, sharks, angelfish and many others.
