This is a gourmets’ delight and a wine lovers dream. It will take place at one of my favorite local restaurants where you’ll be dining in a private wine room that’s cozy, warm and inviting. As each course is brought to you I will explain what the dish is and how it was prepared and it will be paired with a delicious Mexican wine that has been specially selected to give you the ultimate gastronomic experience. We will begin with an appetizer. A grilled bone marrow that will melt in your mouth. The second course is a refreshing market salad with seasonal fruit. The third course is an amazing, authentic Mexican rice that’s going to give your palate a flavor explosion. The fourth course is a succulent pork dish, bursting with flavor that will linger on your tongue and melt into your deepest, fondest memories. The last course is a traditional rolled cookie served with fruit and vanilla cream. So delicious and the perfect compliment to an amazing meal and wonderful experience.
