I had more than 15 years cooking for others and i loved Mexican food its really my passion.
I travel all around Mexico for more than 5 years just to personally search the most accurate recipes, to share with the people on the class.
During those years, I learn about the Mexican roots and traditions, and discover my passion for teaching others all that knowledge.

* HANDS-ON, COOKING CLASS: Come and learn how to cook a traditional Mexican dish in a fun friendly atmosphere, full of Mexican food.
The class is a 3-4 hour experience that will give you a fast approach to Mexican cuisine. In this class you will also learn about tequila & mezcal, the different fresh & dried peppers that exist, salsas and the best of our traditional Mexican recipes.
