Mezcal Tasting Mezcal Culture

I have been studying mezcal-agave culture for more than 12 years. Since I remember, I have been in contact with mezcal while my father brought this incredible spirit drink from the entire state of Oaxaca, which is the largest source of wild agaves in Mexico.

When I lived in Oaxaca I had a Mezcalería and I started the production of a documentary focused on mezcal. When I started this research, I met many Mezcaleros Masters who have excellent recipes.

Now we offer you to try and learn to choose a great mezcal for you.

Itinerary

You will know the origins of mezcal and the importance of this drink in Mexico, how many agaves exist, the process and the difference between mezcal and tequila.

We will begin by explaining the protocol we will follow to drink it and why it is about the senses. Let's feel it, smell it, observe it and taste it.

Meanwhile, we see a video of the elaboration process, you can answer any questions you have about this interesting topic.
