The Paseo Santa Lucía is an artificial canal or river and a pedestrian path that is located in the first square of the city of Monterrey, Nuevo León, northeast of Mexico. The work (inspired by the River Walk in San Antonio, Texas) was inaugurated on September 15, 2007 by the President of the Republic, Felipe Calderón Hinojosa; the governor of the state of Nuevo León, José Natividad González Parás; and the mayor of the city of Monterrey, Adalberto Madero.

Currently, it is the longest artificial river in Latin America with an extension of 2.5 kilometers and is considered one of the 13 wonders of Mexico created by man. It is the preferential place of regiomontanas families to walk in the afternoons and weekends.
