Itinerary

Eat different dishes from Oaxaca, while you walk & learn about the food, culture and history.
Eat a taco made of a a big home made tortilla, called blanda; stuffed with chorizo and quesillo, warmed on a hot-plate + a yellow mole empanada stuffed with hierba santa and chicken meat at a street stall. Drink Pulque, a pre-hispanic drink given to the gods.
Eat an authentic oaxacan taco at a street stall, made of homemade stews plus a chile relleno wrapped-up with egg white, the main chili is originally from the Central Valley of Oaxaca, it has a peculiar and smoky flavor + an agua fresca of natural fruit.Then, you’ll eat the main dishes from the Isthmus of Tehuantepec like mole istmeño in an enchilada, garnachas, molotes and cheese ball. Eat at a family-owned restaurant to have a pre-hispanic and tasty seafood broth cooked with a burning stone + a fresh water or beer. Eat & drink, at a mixology bar, where all the ingredients used are natural and from the region. There, you will have a mixology of a sorbet of horchata with mezcal or téjate with mezcal with fruit, flowers with crunchy nuts and a oaxacan cocktail with mezcal and natural ingredients.
