Sailing Experience and Aquatic Therapy in the beautiful Laguna Bacalar

We offer you an experience on board a 22-foot sailboat, the Ikaro, with a duration of approximately 4 hours. We will sail to see  the most beautiful places of the Bacalar lagoon, with explanations of the biological importance of the lagoon, as well as the history of the place. In a suitable and quite place, on the other side of the lagoon we will give you two aquatic therapies, an experience of deep relaxation, with wide physical and emotional benefits, consisting of a series of stretches and movements in the water that dissolve stress and tensions based on ancestral knowledge, taught by two of our professional therapists. Afterwards we will enjoy a light breakfast to continue sailing and knowing the magic of the Bacalar lagoon.

We will leave aboard the sailboat from the Marina Las Velas at the time you have decided, being able to choose 7am, 11am or 3pm. You can get to the Marina by taxi from the center of the town or from your hotel or in your own car and you can park at the door of the Marina Las Velas. We will embark to leave to enjoy 4 hours of experience. At some point of the tour, we will stop in a very peaceful spot in the lagoon,  to enjoy two aquatic therapies that last approximately one hour, with two therapists. Once the therapies are finished, we offer a light breakfast on the boat, with coffee or tea, fresh fruits, and sweet bread. We will continue sailing until completing the 4 hours of the experience, with explanations of the biological importance of the lagoon, as well as the stories of the town and the area. Our place of arrival finished the walk will be to the Marina Las Velas, where you can enjoy food, drinks as well as a rest at the edge of the lagoon. You can ask for a taxi there if necessary to transfer to your hotel back.
