The Temazcal steam bath, has been considered since time immemorial, a tool of healing, detoxification and connection with our true being, produces a state of relaxation and general well-being, also helps us free ourselves from emotional burdens.
It is a great medicinal tool to balance and harmonize, the physical, mental and emotional body.

Itinerary

We start sahumando with copal incense to the attendees, and we form a circle, to later greet the 4 directions, playing drum and snail.
We enter the temazcal, inside there are hot stones to which we will add an infusion of medicinal herbs to create a steam bath, accompanied by songs, breathing techniques and meditation.
At the end, we drink herbal tea.
