Treat your taste buds to a gastronomic tour of the flavours of the Yucatan peninsula with this 3 hour professional dinner party in Tulum. Begin with a Mezcal based welcome cocktail, then learn how to make 3 custom tropical cocktails under the guidance of a mixologist. After, enjoy a multi course tasting menu crafted specifically to showcase the unique flavours of the region, learn how to make traditional salsas, and the correct etiquette when enjoying mexico's most popular liqueurs. Set around a large banquet table with numbers limited to 21 ensures a boutique yet lively social experience.  We look forward to spoiling you!

This unique dining experience starts with your arrival at the location, within an eco-hotel on the hotel strip of Tulum. You will be given a mezcal based cocktail and taken on a short walk to a private cenote for introductions to other guests and a quick stargazing tour (weather dependent).

Get seated on a custom 21 seat communal dining table with fellow guests and engage in a cocktail tasting of 3 custom cocktails followed by a cocktail class. After, sit down for a delicious tasting menu highlighting the rich and diverse produce of the area including the numerous super foods found within pre-hispanic Mexico, including chaya and achiote. Learn how to create your own delicious salsas and enjoy unlimited cocktails for the entire evening. Take part in a traditional mayan ceremony revolving around corn, and finally, the evening concludes with learning how to properly enjoy Mexico's famous spirits with a tequila and mezcal tasting.  The Dining Experience is a night to remember!  We look forward to spoiling you!
