In the Valley of Guadalupe, history digs deeper roots than in the very city of Ensenada. These lands have added to their indigenous Kumiay origins, the Russian influence of the last century and the culture of wine brought by the Spaniards.

On this diverse tour, we also make a brief stop at a Russian cemetery and enjoy an olive oil tasting at the extraction facilities.

This olive oil tasting experience is really something! You'll get to experience the whole olive oil process, from the tree to the bottle, learning about different sub-species of trees and the contrast among their oils.
