Itinerary

Day 1: Ulaanbaatar

Stop At: Ulaanbaatar City Museum, Peace Avenue, Ulaanbaatar Mongolia
Upon your arrival in Ulaanbaatar, we will go check in at your reserved Hotel and go for a city tour where we will see the most monumental places of the city such as the golden statue of Gandan and the Mongolian History Museum. In the evening we will watch a famous Mongolian culture concert.

Day 2: National Park Terelj

Stop At: Genghis Khan Statue Complex, Tsonjin Boldog, Ulaanbaatar Mongolia
In the morning we will drive to the Chinggis Khan Statue to see the museum inside and take photos in front of the Statue
Duration: 2 hours

Stop At: Gorkhi-Terelj National Park, Ulaanbaatar Mongolia
Famous for its Granite landform, Terelj has various tourist attractions such a the Ariyapal Monastery and the Turtle rock. After riding horses in the epic scenery of Terelj we will experience Mongolian nomadic lifestyle by visiting a local nomadic family.

Day 3: Elsen Tasarkhai Sand Dunes and Karakorum

Stop At: Erdene Zuu Monastery, Kharkhorin 62090 Mongolia
After eating breakfast in Terelj, we will drive to Elsen Tasarkhai Sand Dunes to ride camels. After 1 hour of driving from the sand dunes we will arrive at Karakorum to visit the Erdenezuu monastery, the first buddhist monastery of Mongolia.
Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Ogii Lake, Mongolia
Then we will drive to Ugii lake to eat dinner and spend the night.

Day 4: Ogii Lake and Nomadic Family in Bulgan Province

Stop At: Ogii Lake, Mongolia
Since Ugii lake is a stopover point for over 150 species of migrating birds it is a nice spot to enjoy breakfast and birdwatching. Swimming and fishing are possible as well.
Duration: 2 hours

Stop At: Arbulgiin Davaa, Khishig-Ondor, Mongolia
After eating breakfast we will drive to a nomadic family where we can experience their way of life and culture and eat Mongolian barbecue at dinner.
Duration: 12 hours

Day 5: Khovsgol

Stop At: Khovsgol Nuur, Mongolia
In the morning we will start driving to our next destination, a deer stone site near the town Murun. After seeing that monumental site we will drive to the Khuvsgul Lake, arriving there in the afternoon.

Day 6: Khovsgol

Stop At: Khovsgol Nuur, Mongolia
This day we will go boat cruising in the lake to visit the Wish island. Then we will ride horses around the lake to enjoy the scenery. We will go take photos of us riding a reindeer as well.

Day 7: National Park Khustain Nuruu

Stop At: Khustain Nuruu National Park, Ulaanbaatar Mongolia
This day we will drive back towards the capital city. We will have a lunch break on the way. We will arrive near the National Park Khustain Nuruu around the evening. We will enter the park to watch wildlife in the morning since wildlife watching is optimal at dawn.

Day 8: Khustain Nuruu and Ulaanbaatar

Stop At: Khustain Nuruu National Park, Ulaanbaatar Mongolia
After visiting the National Park Khustain nuruu we will drive back to the capital city Ulaanbaatar.

Stop At: Ulaanbaatar City Museum, Peace Avenue, Ulaanbaatar Mongolia
This day we will accompany you with various activities such as shopping for gifts, souvenirs or cashmere or visiting other monumental places of the city. After dinner we will transport you to your hotel.
