For foodies, meat lovers, BBQ lovers, we organize Mongolian BBQ day every weekend just outside Ulaanbaatar. Every man has his own recipes of making bbq. Mine is with red hot stone ;) Cooking will be on a stove in a ger. If you have never been to a ger before, it is an another experience.

Local Friends in Mongolia is a team of local who offer private tours, road trips, ground transfers, and fun activities to travelers. I would like to invite you authentic Mongolian barbecue "khorkhog" cooking experience just outside the city, in a ger. If you have never been to a ger, it is an another experience. Khorkhog is a landmark dish made with red hot stone. I've been doing this for over years for visiting travelers, expats living here as fun experience. You will learn how to make it. During the activity, there is a small competition who can grab the hot stone the longest. Longest is 4 seconds. What else you can do, have fun conversation with locals, or do walking on the hills nearby if you want to skip the preparation time. Thank you
