In this tour, you will explore Central Mongolia including horse riding, camel riding, hiking, trekking, historical sites, and cultural experiences. Here you will enjoy the spectacular and lush greenery, swimming in freshwater lakes and waterfalls, as well as many famous cultural sites.

Itinerary

Day 1: Sand dunes & Khugnu Khaan Mountain

Stop At: Elsen Tasarkhai, Rashaant, Mongolia
Elsen Tasarkhai Sand dunes situated in a southern of Khugnu Tarna National Park. Guests will enjoy activities such as playing and surfing in the sand, horse and two-humped camel riding, visiting Mongolian herder’s family. Also trekking or horse riding trip to Khughu Khan mountain and visit the ruin of ancient monastery site. Nature scene impresses tourists because of landscape diversity: sand dunes, meadows, steppe, and mountains.

Day 2: Orkhon Waterfall

Stop At: Orkhon Waterfall, Orkhon River Valley, Bat Ulzii Mongolia
Orkhon Waterfall, which was formed by volcanic eruptions about 20.000 years ago, the waterfall cascades from a height of 20 km. It is a scenic, tranquil spot and the surrounding nature is undisturbed, where is hiking. Stay overnight in the Nomadic family. An opportunity to join the nomad family herding and yak milking.

Day 3: Tsenkher hot springs

Stop At: Tsenkher Hot Spring, Tsenkher, Tsetserleg 65190 Mongolia
Today again is one of the days you will be fascinated by natural beauty as we continue the tour to the more mountainous and forested area. The Tsenkher hot spa ger camp located among the beautiful valley of the forested mountains. There you can relax in an outdoor hot spa pool and hike to the beginning of the hot spring. The waters are supposed to have curative properties for joints and other ailments. Outdoor pools are attended by staff who can or heat the water via a water-gate system; there are also indoor pools. Men and women bathe separately. It is an excellent place to relax

Day 5: Karakorum ( ancient Mongolian capital)

Stop At: Kharakhorum Museum, Khushuu Tsaidam Rd, Kharkhorin 62090 Mongolia
Our today’s tour takes place in the transition zone from the Sand dunes to mountain steppes. Kharkhorin, formerly known as the Karakorum, was once a capital of Genghis Khaan’s Great Mongol Empire in the 13th century. After the move of Mongolian capital to Beijing, and the fall of the Empire, Karakorum was abandoned and then destroyed by Manchurian soldiers in 1388. Kharkhorum is a small village, has about 18.000 population. Kharkhorum is located at the lower end of the upper valleys of the Orkhon river which is included within UNESCO & World Heritage Site Orkhon Valley Cultural Landscape Upon arrival in the village, we will visit the museum of the Karakorum and learn about beautiful ancient Karakorum. Then we will visit the magnificent and the oldest Buddhist Monastery complex of Erdenezuu, built in the 16th century. Today, in the vast valley of the Orkhon River, awe-inspiring ancient monastery Erdenezuu coexists with Kharkhorin town. See some valuable religious articles in the monastery museum, admire its stunning architecture and the Kharakhorum Museum display remnants of the ancient city.

Day 6: Khustai national park

Stop At: Khustain Nuruu National Park, Ulaanbaatar Mongolia
Mongolian government declared Khustai National Park a protected area in 1993 and since then, this mecca of outdoor beauty has been attracting visitors from across the globe. Home to one of the only wild horse populations on earth, the park is located on the western Mongolian steppe, about 95 kilometers from Ulaanbaatar Lucky travelers may even spot the iconic (and elusive) golden eagle while navigating the plains.

Day 7: Ulaanbaatar

Stop At: Ulaanbaatar Department Store, Peace Avenue-57 Sukhbaatar district, Ulaanbaatar 14250 Mongolia
The 7th day we directly go back to the Ulaanbaatar. Today is the last day to be in the beautiful countryside of Mongolia. Arrival in Ulaanbaatar, check in a hotel and explore some areas in UB. on the way of having lunch. and go some shopping. For instance, Gobi Cashreme; Zaisan Hill and many more.
