Mongolia revere our king’s wisdoms rather than his conquests. Nowadays you can see many tributes to Chinghis Khaan, a man of the millennium. One of them is a gigantic statue of Genghis Khan on the bank of Tuul river. It is 40 meters tall and wrapped in 250 tons of gleaming stainless steel.

The equestrian statue of Genghis Khan was built in 2008 on the occasion of the eight-hundredth anniversary of the foundation of the Mongolian Empire, in honor of its founder, Genghis Khan. The people of Mongolia honored him by erecting the world's largest equestrian statue in his likeness. Located 34 miles from Ulaanbaatar in an area known as Tsonjin Boldog, It's the currently the highest statue representing a man on a horseback in the world.

Itinerary

Day 1: Tsonjin Boldog

Stop At: Genghis Khan Statue Complex, Tsonjin Boldog, Ulaanbaatar Mongolia
At 09:00am we will pick up you from your hotel and drive to Tsonjin Boldog - Chinggis Statue. Then we will head to 13th Country Nomadic camp.

After that we will back to camp and have a khorkhog for dinner.

Day 2: Terelj National Park

Stop At: Gorkhi-Terelj National Park, Ulaanbaatar Mongolia
Terelj National Park is one of the most visited and interesting national parks of Mongolia.

The National Park is by its natural beauty, forested alpine mountains and interesting rock formations (Massive woolsack weather conditions) very well known.

Highlights: Turtle Rock, Meditation temple Ariyabal and visit local nomadic families. During the summer there are great opportunities for hiking, horseback riding, rock climbing, flower and bird watching.

Day 3: Terelj - Ulaanbaatar

Pass By: Ulaanbaatar Department Store, Peace Avenue-57 Sukhbaatar district, Ulaanbaatar 14250 Mongolia
After breakfast we will have tour around at Terelj National Park.

Back to City, after arriving in the city we will have a shopping at State Department store.
