Boat Trip Skadar Lake - Island Grmozur and Fort Lesendro

This is very interesting boat trip where you would have a chance to visit two most interesting lake islands. Skadar lake is national park and home for hundred species fish and birds and it is nice for bird watching. Tour begins from Virpazar and we are heading to the firs stop at island Grmozur. This fort was built in 19th century like military stronghold, but later on was used like prison. After short break and taking photos, we are heading to next point Lesendro. This fort is built in 18th century and was battle place between Montenegrians and Turks for many years. Now is mostly abandoned and damaged in wars and earthquakes, but in solid condition. After short break and taking photos we are going back to Virpazar. During trip you would have a chance to enjoy in bird watching or swim if you like.

Stop At: Fort Lesendro, E80, Montenegro

Lesendro fort is the greatest fort in Skadar lake, you would have short stop to take photos and hear some history stories.

Stop At: Grmozhur Fortress, Godinje, Bar Municipality Montenegro

Grmozur is fort from 19th century. You would have a chance to take some photos and hear some legends.
